ABDT-K Coriolis Mass Flowmeter

Overview

The ABDT-K coriolis series mass flowmeter uses the principle of Coriolis force. By measuring the Coriolis force acting on the fluid in the pipeline, it can directly measure the mass flow of the fluid. The Coriolis force is only related to the mass and velocity of the fluid. This principle eliminates the influence of changes in parameters such as temperature, pressure, fluid state, and density on measurement accuracy. It directly provides accurate flow and density values for various media under complex environmental conditions without the need for intermediate parameter conversions, avoiding measurement errors caused by such conversions, thus achieving high-precision and accurate measurement.

Features

• Enables direct measurement of the mass flow rate of fluid in the pipeline without changing any parameters, avoiding some measurement errors from intermediate links. Its mass flow rate maintains high accuracy and good repeatability within a wider turndown ratio
• The range of fluids that can be measured is extensive, including steady uniform flows of common viscosity fluids, high viscosity fluids, non-Newtonian fluids, slurries containing solid components, and liquids with trace amounts of gas
• Due to low vibration, the measuring tube of the K flowmeter can be regarded as having no moving parts, which reduces maintenance, enhances stability, and extends the flowmeter’s lifespan
• In addition to mass flow measurement, density, temperature, and even consistency can also be measured and output
